Mazda is about to start battle with the market favorites Honda CR-V and Ford Escape with their latest 2013 Mazda CX-5. They make it very competitive because they not only creating new vehicle with little improvement to old technology but they build it from scratch with new technology they call it Skyactiv.
This new technology from Mazda is quite interesting from the name itself, SkyActiv. But why they named it like that. They choose the name to suit the features. It is fuel economy boost as well as fun and safety driving enhancement. Very high compression ratio is use on the SkyActiv gas engine to result more power with creating a magic of regular fuel OK running. The small SUV is automatic 6-speed Drive with small torque converter so every driver will feel the smooth start on the road. It is something you cannot find in the famous dry clutch automatic. Gearbox will automatically locks into mechanical drive mode when it starts to run which a good way to eliminate power loss on the car.
Of course there is a bit of sad note about the car because it may not home run for power. But with so many great aspects of this small SUV, Mazda 2013 CX-5 can reach it popularity.
